STAY IN THE ROOM

Connection, discomfort & having the conversations that matter.

Ever notice how easy it is to stay engaged when things are going well — and how quickly that can change when a conversation gets uncomfortable?

We all have ways of responding when things get difficult. We might withdraw, get defensive, shut down, try to fix things, or simply decide it’s not worth the effort.

STAY IN THE ROOM is an interactive evening exploring what happens when connection gets uncomfortable — and what it takes to stay present, communicate clearly and keep things moving.

We'll look at how we respond under pressure, what gets in the way of meaningful connection, and how small shifts in awareness can change what happens next.

Think. Question. Explore. See what shifts.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

  • Men who want to handle difficult conversations differently

  • Men curious about what happens when connection gets uncomfortable

  • Men interested in understanding their own patterns and responses

  • Men who want practical ways to stay engaged when things get challenging

No lectures. No right or wrong answers.
No expectation to share anything personal.

STAY IN THE ROOM is the third workshop in our three-part series exploring communication, self-awareness and connection.

01 — WHAT DO YOU MEAN? | DECODE
Because we don't always mean the same thing when we use the same words.

02 — ARE YOU ACTUALLY HERE? | REALIGN
Presence, awareness and what we bring into an interaction.

03 — STAY IN THE ROOM | CONNECT
Connection, discomfort and having the conversations that matter.

Each workshop stands alone, so you can come to one, two or all three. Come curious. Leave with something to think about.
